Unopened and defective items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital downloads and opened physical media are non-refundable unless verified as damaged.

My vinyl arrived warped or damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives damaged, please contact our support team with photos of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement.
